without my permission.

on cards in my name.

nor made payments
to these cards.

loans in my name,
though she asked every time.
She made $42,000 in payments
in cards in my name.

My wife is the only one
that received these loans
and they went into her bank account.

and I honestly thought we were on the same page.
I don’t believe in fighting over money.
I see that it wasn’t and I regret every last one of those a loans.
I paid them all on time for years but trust me I do have regrets.

On June 13, 2023, I locked the cards,
and created logins for my account.
My wife received 2 alerts that day,
presumably letting her know
her logins for her husband's account
was changed by her husband,
for the first time.

other people's credit cards,
without concern for the victim.
She just married her victims.
In the first year,
from June 2021 to June 2022,
she spent $14,000
with payments of $13,000
from the loans in my name.
Second year,
there were no more loans
after January.
From July 2022 to June 2023,
she spent about $41,000
with $29,000 in payments.
I only made about $2,000 net a month.
The gap between
spending and payments
widened after I separated from her.
It was her idea
to give the marriage another chance.

A $13,400 debt from the time I left her.
She was spending like bills
no longer mattered.
Her spending shows intention
towards something that mattered.
My wife tried to contact me
more times on May 26, 2023,
when she urgently needed me
to go to a hotel alone,
then the entire the time
I was hiding from her.
47 times to confirm going to a hotel
versus
30 times total of 3 days missing.
To show I forgave her,
I promised her weekly payments
of what I could afford,
for the divorce she agreed to.
It did not matter
that she did not keep her word.
I will always love
& forgive her,
no matter what.
I paid her taxes
to show no hard feelings
for what she did to me.
I started payments the day
the bankruptcy,
which cost $4,000.
was finalized on
December 28, 2023.

I gave every week but 1 time.
I try my best
to keep my promises.
On Sunday, Jun 23, 2024 at 10:21 AM,
I let Maria Isabel Williams know
that I made the last payment.
I told her I loved her
and still expected her to help
with the divorce papers.
I only needed
one more signature from her.
Her response was to be expected,
without any more money
going into her bank account.
It makes more sense
to see her behavior
as a scam artist,
more so than a wife.

I sent the divorce papers
in July and August to her mother's address.
It was never signed properly,
with a date that was false.
It was dated July 30, 2023,
but I received it in November 12, 2023.
Her mother, Maria Smoot
is one of my wife's aliases.
Below is a side by side weekly spending
from what I could afford without rent,
and what my wife spent,
without my permission.
I took her spending from June 13, 2023
and prior weeks
against my payments I made
starting December 28, 2023,
after the bankruptcy was finalized.
which she directly caused.
Blue is my judgement.
Red is my wife's judgement.
Maria Isabel Williams' spending
had no consequence for her.
All debt was intentionally put in my name.
On June 7, while I was still hiding,
I documented how much
I thought my wife was in debt
...with her cards, not mine.

has never admitted to using my cards
to this day.
She may answer though
if asked by the Fraud Department.

has a tendency to do things
that are timed as if she is aware
of what is going on when I am facing
abnormal things like being followed or chased.
