Part I
Savannah Williams is Maria Isabel Williams' oldest daughter.
Savannah was the reason I was no longer staying at the apartment in the month of May.
She attacked me twice with a door and my wife's reaction was unconcern, with silence and avoiding the topic all together.

On 6/4/23 at 8:11 AM, my wife emailed me a cut and paste diagnosis of bipolar. This was her third attempt at getting this diagnosis.
A licensed therapist, who I saw twice, under my wife's medical plan while she was working from February 8, 2023-June 6, 2023 witnessed her trying to force a diagnosis on me.
The first time she attempted this was during the first session, where I said to licensed therapist, "My wife just texted me reasons why I am unhappy."
My wife was listening into the session, and scheduled this appointment.
After February 8, 2023 she set up at least 3 sessions and asked I see someone as one of the ways to help the marriage.
It was not marriage counselling she was focused on, though.
The second time I saw her, with my wife sitting next to her, I responded the same and said I was happy and not stressed.
My wife, Maria Isabel Williams then interrupted the session and gave that cut and paste list she sent on June 4, 2023 at 8:11 AM.
The therapist stopped the session and said, "I seems like you are transferring your stress on your husband."
On June 4, 2023 at 2:11 PM I responded to my wife's cut and paste diagnosis and explained the reason why I was not home was because her daughter was attacking me.
There was a report of abuse in my home environment and that email shows that my wife ignored it.
The only response was few days later, a report to the MCES, with the assistance of Britanny R Nutter, a mental health nurse, who assisted with the first Section 302, against Savannah Williams.
MCES has two Section 302, signed by Maria Smoot against her granddaughter, and later by Maria Isabel Williams against her husband
The chances of two family members,
who do not share any genetics,
to both have mental disease,
signed by mother
then by a daughter a few years later,
who share the same alias,
assisted by the same family member,
who is a mental health nurse,
in filling out the Section 302 form,
and both accepted to be valid,
seems too coincidental
to be a case of real mental health crisis.

You need to see someone and if they recommend medication you need to take it.
Until you do, I have no plans of moving in with you or Svannah. You both have to get help and work on yourselves as individuals.

I did not give an ultimatum.
I simply said. If you decide to have oldest daughter live with you, then I will not be there.
The reason is, she is a person that is violent towards me, slamming doors in my arm, and slamming a door on the back of my head, telling me not to talk to her, nor her children...all because...what?
Because I didn't wave bye to her.
Why would I want to live with someone like that.
I know that I am not the first or even tenth person in your heart.
But I thought you would have at least tried to protect me a little.

The abuse that was happening was normalized and was not an issue for Maria Isabel Williams.
The patterns reveal themselves through the data.
Savannah Wiliams is the first family member to be found valid as a Section 302, signed by Maria Smoot.
The document has a diary entry from her.
What I was told happened, which I believe to be true, is that Maria Smoot, along with Britanny R Nutter, broke into Savannah Williams' apartment, using the key she entrusted to her, and took a photo of the entry.
I am sure if you compare the two Section 302, you will find similar language, most likely because it was assisted by a mental health nurse.
The apartment that Savannah Williams was living was an apartment that was under my name.
I was paying for her rent because she was having difficulty finding a job.
I have no anger towards her, nor resentment.
If she attacked me out of anger, all I did was not be around her, which my wife diagnosis as crazy, not the violence....the fleeing from her.
That is the irony of this this.
The only two people in my life to diagnosis me as mentally ill is Maria Isabel Williams, and Maya Byrd, who have a motive to lie.
They were involved in the June 6, 2023 attempt.
Phone logs show that Maya Byrd was the first person to text me, and my version of the story has always been the same.
My car was covered in dirt.
On June 9, 2023, while I was hiding,
my wife washed my car, using my credit card.
I took a picture of the car when I returned safely.
My wife, Maria Isabel Williams and Maya Byrd's documents of the threat they felt after the murder attempts should be questions, reveiewed, and used against their behavior after.
