Introduction
There is not a whole lot of data with Evelyn A Williams.
The value she brings to the Identity Theft Ring is credibility.
She is a reliable witness to 3 out of the 4 attempts, and a character witness for Maria Isabel Williams.
That sort of value should be tested with questions I am sure she is preparted to answer.
Evelyn A Williams is the sister of Maria Smoot, wife of a federal judge, and mother-in-law of Sheneille Jones, a celebrity on the morning talk shows.
The optics doesn't look good for Evelyn A Williams, since she witnessed the 2 contractors appear on 6/1/23, with her vehicle being the reason I was asked to go to that site, alone.
Her behavior was odd that day, which I will get into with Part II for context.
Eveyln A Williams left a 6/8/23 text message that made a statement that she knows about my mental state and the reason why I fled from my wife.

Maria Isabel Williams always evades or asks I call her...so what does Eveyln A Williams know?
She makes an excellent witness, since her credibility would be under more scrutiny than most.
The first thing my wife asked on 6/4/23, minutes after I dropped of supplies, "Did you talk to Aunt Evelyn?"
I told her no.
I don't trust people that expect me to wait 20 minutes in a neighborhood they come from, and don't message me that they are late.
She had my phone number, which I never gave her...so why didn't she message?
And how were both my wife and her aunt late...to a North Philadelphia location...where they were raised?
It is a toss up.
I don't know which way Evelyn A Williams will go once someone asks her....why did you show such an interest in your niece's husband from 5/14-6/8/23.
Best of luck, Evil from the Block, which is her nickname my wife gave her aunt. I would never call her that.

Evelyn A Williams was the last person she brought into her February 8, 2023 plan and the least communicated.
A 14-minute discussion over the phone at 5:01 PM to 5:15 PM. She is always alongside Maria Smoot, so I am sure they communicated that way since her residence and car was used for 2 of the murder attempts.
Evelyn A Williams and Maria Smoot are close sisters, and work together, similar to the way that Maya Byrd and Maria Isabel Williams work together.
They support each other's stories.

What is weird about 6/8/23, 2 days after they could not find me...not one message from my wife.
But Evelyn A Williams and Maria Smoot sent a text message with a vague story about concern for my mental health.
So what is the story?
My wife has never told me since....she was shopping with my card while I was hiding.
Identity Theft, she can't stop even when her husband is having a "mental breakdown"
Also she washed the car....to cover up the crime.
But that is more on Maria Isabel Williams page and Maya Byrd, who work together like Maria Smoot and Evelyn A Williams does.
It is a bond that puts into question, what they support each other with.

Maria Smoot, who knows the detail man who gave the signal to not kidnap me...since the two contractors appeared in front of my wife and her two alibis.
The contractors were impatient and showed that the detail man knows the two gentleman who came out to ask...are we doing this or not?
Evelyn A Williams saw those two men just appear...where my car was parked. She was there since her car was being detailed at the time...which was never finished.
The man involved in the murder attempt, just flat out said, I can't do this...even though it was over 5 hours.....from the time we dropped the car off.
Evelyn A Williams wasn't even outraged.
Maria Smoot asked me to leave first the second time I returned on 6/1/23. Also she

Wife orders $489 worth of items sent accidentally to Maria Smoot's apartment after failed kidnapping attempt by Maria Smoot, the elderly detail man, and the contractor (215) 715-9929.
That number will appear on 6/4/23, the day my wife sent met to drop of these items, whilie I am in over 100k debt, based off my wife's spending.
Noted behavior from Evelyn A Williams on 6/1/23
She put in luggage she was throwing away in my car, which was later dropped offf
She was acting strangely that day with over explaining everything.
She explained why her neighbor did not have a nebulizer for the reason why I had to leave and take my wife, from a floral arrangement...with the neighbor
It seemed rushed.
Her car was not done, but she had no issues with it when we returned.
It seemed staged, the whole thing.
But she certainly seemed to enjoy the thrill of not texting someone.
She messaged to confirm if I was picking her up early in the monrnig
She asked what kind of food I wanted when we returned.
the transfer. This seemed odd as if they wanted a reason to show if I disappeared...and was found dead with a drug overdose or other ways.

I get 4 texts from my mother-in-law, Maria Smoot, after my wife talks to her for 4 minutes at 6:43 AM
The request from my wife was to drop of about 500 dollars worth of itesm from Coscto, when I am in debt withotu knowhing how much....and drop them off Evelyn A Williams house.
I decided it was probably best if I drop them off as soon as possible, since my wife overreacted when Maya Byrd packed the items in my car from Maria Smoot's apartment, her grandmother.
The timing was going to be off, because the original plan was I was to take my wife to her mother's and then leave....and they would have a timestamp of when, you mnow...they could kidnap me.
My wife was being obvious and the financial strain...that she did not tell me about...was getting to her.
This was her 3rd attempt...and she was certain it was going to happen because she left an email which she did not reply, nor act like it existed.
The diagnosis of mental disease.
But that letter is going to be under Britanny Nutter, the mental health nurse, who helped with her second Section 302.
The first one was for Savannah Williams, the daughter who was attacking me.
Anyway, the timing of the calls is very close.
Like I was minutes away from harm being done,
I avoided the 2 contractors by the same way reason I escaped 6..6.23
Speed.
I went as fast as I could from my work to Evelyn A Williams residence.
Dropped them off, and left as fast as I can.
I could feel the danger, because the danger was very real.

If you ask my wife who those two numbers would be, it would be intersting, along with if they have any connection with Marcus E Nix.
Marcus didn't need to follow up since most likely he was kept in the loop from the two contractors.
And as for Evelyn A Williams,
I am careful not to say she is an accomplice, but she is defintily a wonderful witness and alib for her niece, Maria Isabel Williams.
I didn't say hi to her because she didn't message me she wsa late to the 6.1.23 site....and also her luggage was in my car for no reason I can fathom.
