Introduction
Maria Smoot is a charming, very nice woman, who goes to Service every week, and has bible studies with those she wants to spread the Truth of Jehovah Witness Faith.
She is very sweet woman.
She also has anothe sice where she gives her Asian son-in-law an address to spick her and her sister, and daughter up, and wait twenty minuts and not tell mssage him.
She is also someone who is an alibi for my wife, since she was staying with her during the time for all 4 attemps.
She is also a woman who seems to have a papptern.
It was in May, when she was leafing through an art album and I asked her, what is that.
She sighed in nostaligia, and said, that is "Tommy's"
I asked who he was.
"He was a firend of mine, an Asian artist."
I head about him from time to time. He was nice to my wife as a kid, and would take her to doctor's appointments.
I asked what happend to him.
She said without any remosrse, "He died of an overdose. He had mental health issues."
I looke above her an saw she had two of my paintings.
My wife had tried to get a mental disease diagnosis from a doctor that witnessed her tet messages to say list reason why I was mentally isll. On the second session, she interjected when I told the therapist tha iwas happy.
My wife chimed in and started the list.
The therapist stopped her and said, "It semes like you are transferring your anxiety on your husband..
On 5/26/23 my wife sent me to a hotel alone, for a 2 daystay, where it seemed like that would be enought time for a drug overdose.
On 6/4/23 my wife emailed a docuemnt with a cut and paste diagnosis of bipolar.
I thought how my wife and her mother, Maria Smoot, and now Maya byrd, follow each other's pattern of behavior.
Maria Smoot hides behind her Jehovanh Witness as does my wife on 6/6/23, who was going to service for the death of her sister, Myra Williams...for only the thrid time in the 5 year maraiage.
Like mother, like daughter.

After February 8, 2023, there were only 27 texts shared between Maria Isabel Williams and her mother, Maria Smoot.
There were no texts shared in the month of June 2023, including the day I fled from my wife.
Maria Smoot texted me that month, though, with concern about what happened when I fled. She knows a story I have never hear my wife tell me.
My wife, Maria Isabel Williams, never replies to any incoming text after February 8, 2023, the day I initially separated from her.
Prior to February 8, Maria Smoot went from 284 texts to only 27 after, with equal number of days between.
Their style of communication changed after she spoke to my wife on February 8, 2023, from a 13-minute conversation from 5:13 PM to 5:26 PM.
My wife, Maria Isabel Williams, spoke only to three people that day.
She changed her communication with me also, but the other way, with an increase in texts and phone calls.
Below is a comparison between how she communicated with her mother and her husband the day I told her I no longer wanted to be with her.

Maria Smoot communicated with me on 5/26/23, the first attempt, 6/1/23, the second attempt, and the third attempt on 6/4/23.
The day I was chased on 6/6/23. she waited 2 days later to give an alibi for my wife, Maria Isabel William regarding some sort of mental breakdown.
She was my wife's alibi on 6/1/23, as was Eveyln Williams, her sister.
The dates marked in red are the days of the murder attempts.
The 6/8 texts were messages of concern for my mental health....of something that my wife has never told me
She only told this story to the King of Prussia police and MCES, who held me without my permission, it was all based on my wife's story.
Maria Smoot knows the story, since she left a message to that effect,
and was my wife's alibi, like she was on June 6, 2023.
Maria Isabel Williams went to Jehovah's Witness Service for only the third time in 5 years, with her mother, as her alibi.
Maria Smoot's name will be on my wife's alibi for all 4 attempts.
Maria Smoot is one of my wife's aliases.

Timeline for 6/1/23
Wife orders $489 worth of items sent accidentally to Maria Smoot's apartment after failed kidnapping attempt by Maria Smoot, the elderly detail man, and the contractor (215) 715-9929.
That number will appear on 6/4/23, the day my wife sent met to drop of these items, whilie I am in over 100k debt, based off my wife's spending.
My wife wanted me to pick her, her mother, Maria Smoot, and her aunt, Evelyn Williams up, for 2 vehicles to be detailed in North Philadelphia.
It was Maria Isabel William's car, and Eveyln William's car.
At 8:38 AM Evelyn Williams and I had a 4 minute conversation where she wanted to make sure I was still picking her and her sister, Maria Smoot up.
Eveyln Williams only showed an interest in me during May and June of 2023.
I never gave her my phone number.
I met both of them in the morning at Maria Smoot's apartment.
Maria Smoot gave me the address to the detail shop and watched carefully as I entered the address into my GPS on my phone.

Evelyn William's called early that morning to make sure I was coming over Maria Smoot's apartment.
She would later only contact me June 8th, to leave a vague text about my mental health.
In the morning, Maria Smoot was very careful to tell me the location, watching me as I typed in the address that had no number.
Before I left I told her family I was going to North Philly to get a car detailed.
I was asked to go by myself.
We left at the same time. 11:15 AM. Waze said it would only take 10 minutes.
I left alone while they took the 2 individual cars.
My wife needed to drive her car
The two sisters from North Philadelphia would naturally go together.
I got lost and was 10 minutes late, and when I passed by, the two cars were not in sight.
Around 11:35 AM.
Marcus Nix called around the time that I passed by without parking.
I waited on the main road and waited until my wife called.
She was acting odd ever since the 5/26/23 date when she frantically messaged for me to arrive at the hotel alone, while she was at her mother's apartment, Maria Smoot.
Eveyln Williams and Maria Smoot were my wife's alibi while we waited.
All three are from North Philadelphia, and would be 20 minutes late, with both cars, and no call or text to let me know they were going to be late.
That is odd.
I was careful not to drive by again.
I pulled over on a main road and waited.
I would wait 10 more minutes.
My wife called at 11:46, and asked where I was.
I told her I was waiting by the main road.
She told me she was there, and I pulled up and now both cars are there.
I picked them up and we drove to Evelyn Williams' house, for a scheduled meeting about flower arrangement for Myra Williams, the sister who passed on May 29, 2023.
It felt rushed and a neighbor came over.
It seemed like they did not expect it since the neighbor had to be rushed over, and she remarked she remembered me from a party I attneded.
I sat in a corner and let them discuss it.
At 12:31 PM my wife called for the first time 215-715-9929 and had a 5 minute conversation.
Shortly after, my wife complained about having an asthma attack.
Evelyn William's explained that her neighbor did not have a nebulizer and I would need to drive home.
It was overexplaining something that felt, odd.
Why we couldn't wait at her residence didn't make any sense.
My wife was very silent on the ride back.
She was visibly angry, but she wouldn’t tell me why.
She demanded to go home, she said she wasn't feeling well, asthma was the reason.
Evelyn Williams then gave a long explanation while I was in about to pull out of the driveway, on how the neighbor didn't have a nebulizer. It was odd, I didn't ask and just went where I was told.
My wife was feigning asthma, it was almost a second thought that she had difficulty breathing.
So we went home and it was just an odd day as the plan for the 20 minute wait didn't go as planned.
Maria Wiliams called twice at 2 PM to make sure I was returning. Eveyln Williams was talking to me and asked what food I wanted.
I said Chinese.
At 3:08 PM we left to later we drove back to Evelyn Williams place to pick her and Maria Smoot to return to the detail shop on the left.
We drove back to the detail shop and I saw an elderly man working onEvelyn Williams car.
My wife's car was done.
Evyln's car looked like it had just started.
Maria Smoot went to the man working on the car and was talking to him.
Then she said something very startling.
She said that I should go, while they waited.
I did not want to leave them there. And I told her I would go when it was done.
Then the elderly man just shook his head, and said he couldn't finish the car right after I said no to leaving first.
The car was not done, he said it was too hot.
There was no outrage from anyone.
No one seemed to mind.
And then two men walked in the middle of the street,
where my car was,
and started acting like they hadn’t seen each other in a while.
These are the contractors 215-715-9929.
Then one of them yelled out to the man in the detail shop.
The man who was detailing the car only shook his head.
These are the Red Flags. That man who Maria Smoot spoke to get the car detailed, and 215-715-9929 that my wife spoke to, and would later text on 6/4/23, when she ordered Costco orders after talking to Marcus Nix.
The older man who owns the detail shop told Epsilon that it was too hot to finish.
Zeta and Epsilon got in the car and pulled out. My wife followed. And then I went last.
This whole event seemed strange from start to finish.
Maris Smoot gave me the address.
Maria Smoot knows the man who gave the signal to the two contractors.
Maris Smoot was the alibi for my wife's 4 attempts.
Maria Smoot is a devout Jehovah's Witness who did something odd aroudn this time.
I saw her looking thorugh an art book.
I aksed her what it was.
She said it was from a friend she once knew. He was Asian.
I asked what heppend to hhim
She answered, "He had mental health issues. He died of an overdose."
Maria Smoot has two of my paitnings.
The 5/26/2023 hotel had 2 days set, my wife had painted me as having mental disease, and most likely a drug overdose was the way they would go to hide from suspicion.
