in the Section 302,
approved by MCES,
& signed by my wife,
Maria Isabel Williams,
was "Obituary"
I was writing about Myra Williams, her sister during her last days before she passed away in May 29, 2023.
This Section 302 was approved by MCES, and seen as a threat to myself and others.
One single word, with no context, or any threat after that.
This document was assisted by Britanny Nutter, who previously assisted with the 302 document that MCES also approved, for Savannh Wiliams, signed by Maria Smoot.
The pattern shows, they use the 302 to punish family members, not to help, since mental help is the least of their concenr based on the email correspondence between Maria Isabel Williams and Maya Byrd, the only two witnesses to claim that I was a threat.
In my humble opinion, those two have credibility issues. They cause accidents that hurt the victime, and blame the victim when they report them to to the poiice and medical field. But again, that is just my opinion.
